Not much can be done since the software is closed source, however
I personally also use skype from this package and it works for me
w/o any problems (read I see dead people^H^H^H^Hoff/online contacts).
Reporter, do I read you correct: when using skype from my package you
are unable to see your contacts, but when you launch qt-shared
version from skype.com you see them?
