Package: ftp.debian.org kdbus has been put into experimental as an out-of-tree preview. However, kdbus was rejected for inclusion into the upstream kernel, and the kdbus authors now want to re-think and re-design it. It has also been removed from Fedora [1].
With that, the systemd maintainers think it's better to remove the package for the time being, as the current code can now be considered as unmaintained and it does not have much of a future. The module can still be used from git for interested people, of course.
