Package: vdradmin Version: 0.97-am3.4.2-1 Severity: normal
when running vdradmin, I use a web browser to access it. The main page is rendered after authentication succeeds. After klicking on anything on the navigation bar, vdradmind terminates on the vdr machine. Running vdr in the perl debugger, I see: main::(/usr/bin/vdradmind.pl:29): require 5.004; DB<1> r Debugged program terminated. Use q to quit or R to restart, use o inhibit_exit to avoid stopping after program termination, h q, h R or h o to get additional info. DB<1> T $ = DB::fake::at_exit() called from file `/usr/share/perl/5.8/perl5db.pl' line 8993 $ = DB::END() called from file `/usr/share/perl5/HTML/Template/Expr.pm' line 227 $ = eval {...} called from file `/usr/share/perl5/HTML/Template/Expr.pm' line 227 so it seems that somehow the "END" statements in the htmp templates are evaluated as DB::END() which terminates the process. -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.15-gm1 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) Versions of packages vdradmin depends on: ii adduser 3.80 Add and remove users and groups ii libcompress-zlib-perl 1.41-1 Perl module for creation and manip ii libhtml-parser-perl 3.48-1 A collection of modules that parse ii libhtml-template-expr-perl 0.04-2 HTML::Template extension adding ex ii libhtml-template-perl 2.8-1 HTML::Template : A module for usin ii libparse-recdescent-perl 1.94.free-1 Generates recursive-descent parser ii libtemplate-perl 2.14-1 template processing system written ii perl 5.8.7-10 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction ii sendemail 1.52-3 email-from-console sending tool vdradmin recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
