I'm just packaging some stuff that has AGPL license. Looking at: https://codesearch.debian.net/results/file%3Adebian%2Fcopyright%20AGPL/page_0 It looks like a lot of people have literally just copied the whole text into debian/copyright. If this is accepted, a bug should be filed on lintian to ensure that people reference the common file instead of duplicating the license in future uploads of their packages. Thanks, Iain.
