Dear Maintainer,

I created a VM from the official Debian 'jessie64' vagrant base box and when
I tried to use python3 on the created VM, I found that python 3 was not
installed on it. Python 3 was been out since 2008 and should be the way
forward for any new python codebase. Even in the Debian project, there is an
effort to migrate all Debian components that are Python 2 only to run on
Python 3 as well. Iirc, Python3 was installed in the previous versions of
this base box as well. So it makes a lot of sense to have python3 installed in
the base box.
