icedove was configured to use two office 365 accounts using settings suggested
by o365
the program was able to receive and send email normally on both accounts
account settings:
server smtp.office365.com
port 587
auth method Normal password
security STARTTLS
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?

sending email with SMTP with both accounts fails with message "Sending of the
message failed. The message could not be sent using Outgoing server (SMTP)
smtp.office365.com for
an unknown reason. Please verify that your Outgoing server (SMTP) settings are
correct and try again."
* What outcome did you expect instead?
continue sending email as before the upgrade
