Bug#809966: libcrmcommon-dev: arch-dependent file in "Multi-Arch: same" package

libcrmcommon-dev is marked as "Multi-Arch: same", but the following 
file is architecture-dependent:

/usr/include/pacemaker/crm_config.h

Is there anything to do besides setting the package to Multi-Arch: no? 
Has the multiarch specification been extended to include files yet?

As per Policy §9.1.1, it is allowed to install headers files into 
/usr/include/<triplet>/.
