Package: viewcvs
Version: 0.9.2+cvs.1.0.dev.2004.07.28-1.4
Severity: normal

The tarball download is broken, if one uses exclamation-marks in
the "forbidden" config option like:
forbidden = !example1
This would mean, that everything except for example1 is forbidden.

The tarball download misinterprets this rule and denies download of
example1.tar.gz.
