Package: python-pil
Version: 3.0.0-1
Severity: important

Attempting to configure or remove python-pil will fail if more than one
instance of this package is present:

dpkg-query: error: --listfiles needs a valid package name but 'python-pil' is
not: ambiguous package name 'python-pil' with more than one installed instance

Since python-pil is Multi-Arch: same, an architecture qualifier is
required when calling dpkg-query, either directly or by proxy (via
pycompile/pyclean).

(I've set the severity to important, as merely unpacking the package is
enough to get stuck, given that the prerm script invokes
pyclean/dpkg-query unconditionally.)
