When I try to start a slideshow for a set of images then gthumb crashes with the following error: ----- (gthumb:9794): Gdk-WARNING **: gthumb: Fatal IO error 0 (Erfolg) on X server :1. ----- Anything else seems to work fine, including the image browser and fullscreen viewer. With Eye-of-Gnome slideshows work, too. X server :1 is one started by Xtightvnc, Xmonad is the window manager within this X server. Currently can't verify, but I *think* gthumb slideshows worked fine when I tried it without VNC, directly with a lightdm+Xmonad and the HDMI output.
