Why does libjsoncpp1 have conflicts/replaces against libjsoncpp0v5? AFAICS they share no files, so conflicts/replaces should be unnecessary. And they are harmful, as they cause unnecessary trouble as things need to migrate / get installed at the same time (that's why your package hasn't migrated yet, despite britney trying to do it).
