"-include /usr/include/android/arch/linux-x86/AndroidConfig.h" should be replaced with "-include android/arch/AndroidConfig.h", and you should add android-platform-build-headers to BDs.
FYI, AndroidConfig.h is now moved to
/usr/include/${DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH}/android/arch
