The current upstream code image for the 6.08dfsg-5 version of the
package is actually the 6.08-alpha version (DATE : Sept 4, 2014):

while the "final" distrib-6-08 was released later (May 7, 2015).

This can be easily verified by comparing the source code with git. This
missing "-alpha" can cause confusion.

Possible solutions : update the upstream code image to the "final"
distrib-6-08 or correct the package version number (for example, add
"-alpha" in the package version).
