This patch should also add dose-ceve (>= 4.0) to debian/control suggest list and description listing required program. Wait ... there is no such package. I see ceve virtual package suggesting dose-extra. $ type dose-ceve dose-ceve is /usr/bin/dose-ceve $ dpkg -S dose-ceve dose-extra: /usr/bin/dose-ceve dose-extra: /usr/share/man/man1/dose-ceve.1.gz So some trivial documentation updates are also needed.
