In processing bug #757113, it seems that too much multiarch got applied.
The python-hdate package contains a python extension and thus cannot be
marked Multi-Arch: foreign.

The correct solution to #757113 is to the patch in #792874.

Maintainers, would you mind us applying this as a NMU?

The patch is minimal, but it's needed to be able to cross-build
important packages for bootstrapping such as bsdmainutils and its
rev-deps.
