Package: snmp-mibs-downloader

Hi,
snmp-mibs-downloader creates links from /usr/share/mibs to /var/lib/mibs.
libsnmp-base installs its mibs beneath /usr/share/snmp/mibs.
I'd suggest to unify this - and I'd prefer the latter.
