Merged in the development repo, see the latest master branch. - https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/collab-maint/w3m.git/tree/doc Though not gettextized, if these documents are translated into German, I'll include them in the doc-de directory (will be installed in /usr/share/doc/w3m/de for Debian packages).
