Hi Tim, it seems I trapped into the pitfall to upload qiime with the dependencies as available in BioLinux. The three first missing Dependencies (for amd64) are a real problem while the other could probably be fixed by restricting the architectures to amd64 only.
Our last conversation about these depencencies was IMHO here: https://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/debian-med-packaging/2015-October/035295.html Tim, please help.
