Since /usr/lib/pbuilder/pbuilder-satisfydepends (pointing to
pbuilder-satisfydepends-aptitude by default) uses things like:
-y \
--without-recommends -o APT::Install-Recommends=false \
it's more likely that the build-dep installation was suppresed after
resolving conflicts due to the transition and the implicit "-y", or
something similar to that effect.
Interesting, thanks. I wonder how can we identify what relationships are
responsible if that's the case...
That's why I was asking for the "log" of build-deps to be installed and
so on, maybe there's a clue there.
