I don't think the order means much... at least not further than the very first derivatives. That said the addition of Devuan was made by Roland Mas so I'll let him decide whether it should stay or not. I'm not a huge fan of that project and it seems to not have delivered much. SteamOS can be interesting but I'm not sure about Trisquel and Skolinux.
