Hi James, Jan, Thanks for your report. Right now, Let's Encrypt in sid is broken due to a partial upload of the newer version of Let's Encrypt. Unfortunately, the versions of python-cryptography and python-openssl currently in sid cause all programs depending on both of them to FTBFS. Jan, your problem seems unrelated; it seems like you're trying to install the jessie-backports package from backports, but trying to pull its dependencies from jessie itself. Maybe try installing with aptitude and see if it can resolve the dependencies better? (Or, perhaps, apt-get install -t jessie-backports letsencrypt?) Sincerely, -- Harlan Lieberman-Berg ~hlieberman
