You are definitely right, I made a mistake when adding the binary package 
stanza.

Will proceed with both asking ftp for adjustment and with a new revision with 
proper section. Just for the sake of a clarity: is there a preferred order of 
actions or both are fine (upload-then-bug-ftp or viceversa)?
