With gnome-terminal 3.20.0-1, along with the latest libgtk-3-0 and
libvte-2.91-0 from unstable, if I create a gnome-terminal window and hit
Ctrl-+, the font size increases but the window stays the same size,
resulting in decreased $COLUMNS and $LINES instead. (Downgrading
libgtk-3-0 and libvte-2.91-0 fixes that.) The changelog entries for
gnome-terminal 3.20.0-2, 3.20.0-3, and 3.20.1-1 mention various fixes
and refinements for bug 819712; I'll test those as soon as 3.20.1-1
becomes available for amd64.

Note that each time I upgraded or downgraded to a different version of
any of these packages, I restarted my session (sudo systemctl restart
gdm3) before testing.
