Once one sees "Please insert the follow disk ..." there is no getting
out. There is only one choice "OK". No consideration is allowed of a
user wanting to "q" quit out at this point. No mention of what to do
if one wants to do something different at this point is given on the screen.

Since I don't have the hardware to test and nobody followed up for 14
years, I assume that the issue is either fixed or nobody cares, so
closing.
If/when people do care, they will open a new report and provide current
