Bug#663114: Updated parallelism patch for dkms 2.2.0.3

I've updated the patch a bit to use only 1 job by default if nproc(1) is not
found. Detecting /proc/cpuinfo is going to lead to problems as on almost every
architecture the file format is different to others.
