Package: task-gnome-desktop Version: 3.34 Severity: wishlist Dear Maintainer,
Packages: task-{gnome,kde,lxde,mate,xfce}-desktop have iceweasel in their recommendations. As iceweasel depends on firefox-esr, such recommendation may be inconvenient for non-esr firefox users, because it may result in both firefox and firefox-esr installed. Can you change that recommendation to something like 'either firefox or firefox-esr'? -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (800, 'testing'), (400, 'unstable'), (20, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.5.0-1-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=pl_PL.utf8, LC_CTYPE=pl_PL.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) (ignored: LC_ALL set to pl_PL.utf8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages task-gnome-desktop depends on: ii gnome-core 1:3.14+4 ii task-desktop 3.34 ii tasksel 3.34 Versions of packages task-gnome-desktop recommends: ii gimp 2.8.16-1+b1 ii gnome 1:3.14+4 ii hunspell-en-us 20070829-6 pn hyphen-en-us <none> pn iceweasel <none> ii libreoffice 1:5.1.2-3 ii libreoffice-evolution 1:5.1.2-3 ii libreoffice-gnome 1:5.1.2-3 ii libreoffice-help-en-us 1:5.1.2-3 pn mythes-en-us <none> ii network-manager-gnome 1.2.0-2 pn synaptic <none> task-gnome-desktop suggests no packages. -- no debconf information
