After recently forcemerging several bugs, I realized that in some cases some "affects" may be removed as the result of the forcemerge. I think it would be more intuitive and practical if the affects of the merged bug would be just the combination of all the affects of the individual bugs being merged. After all, a merge operation is just a way to express "those bugs are essentially one and the same", so any package which is affected by any of the bugs being merged would equally be affected by the others, since they are the same.
