Hi Mathieu,

following my principle to move those packages to Git that are featuring
a somehow changed download source I moved charls to Git[1]. I injected
version 1.1.0 and tried to apply quilt patches. It seems the code
patches not dealing with cmake build system are applied upstream. I
noticed that none of the cmake patches apply to the new version. If you
are interested in a soonish upload it would be great if you would adapt
all those patches created by you previously to the new version.

Thanks for your cooperation

       Andreas.
