the package is not in testing anymore since one year or so, and it's
currently blocking the removal of the deprecated hoauth from the
archive.
I'm now filing this RoQA of twidge to proceed with its removal from the
archive and unblock the RM of hoauth. Feel free to reintroduce the
package once you're fixed the RC bugs, or quickly block this RM
providing a clear timeframe on fixing them.
