tags 787544 - patch thanks Hi,
OK, but where is the patch here? If nobody has any objections, I propose
to remove the 'patch' tag on this bug.
Looking at your request, it looks like that the cronjob runs sa-compile
script with the '--quiet' option. This normally does not spit out any
output and exits with exit status 0. AFAIK, this is how it should be.
"
root:/etc/cron.daily# grep sa-compile spamassassin
# 3.3.2-8, there was an additional check to verify that an sa-compile
if [ -x /usr/bin/re2c -a -x /usr/bin/sa-compile ]; then
--exec /usr/bin/sa-compile -- --quiet
# sa-compile's failure to obey umask.
root:/etc/cron.daily#
"
If you wish, reply to this bug asking the option removed
from the cron script, which makes this bug a wishlist, IMHO.
P.S.: next time would you use better English, I could hardly
understood your message.
Regards,
