I'd expect this to be fixed with a newer krb5. It's hard to get to pktinfo6 without defining _GNU_SOURCE. So, I'd definitely expect this is fixed in experimental and probably sid.
Unfortunately, there were concerns about turning on _GNU_SOURCE for the version of krb5 in jessie.
