In my /var/cache/apt/archives is a transfig_1%3a3.2.5.e-4_amd64.deb The % is actual %3a and resembles a : so transfig_1%3a3.2.5.e-4_amd64.deb is transfig version 1:3.2.5.e-4 > fail to process audit with dpkg --audit command.
