recent versions of rna-star no longer build on these platforms. This is unlikely to change since upstream explicitly only targets 64-bit architectures; they originally only specify amd64 but build-time and autopkgtests have shown that ppc64el and arm64 also work. I have restricted the list of supported architectures; please also remove the out-of-date binaries from unstable to allow the new version to transition to testing [1].
