Apart from the reasons already mentioned by Felipe we're getting close
to eliminating the final blockers which means Debian systemd package
might very soon drop its patch for rcS support. This means the init
scripts in rcS will not be run at all!

The information I have is that canonical people are working
on proper AppArmor integration in systemd, similar to selinux,
which should AIUI make the init (and any native (wrapper) unit)
obsolete. This sounds like a good long-term idea, but until
that exists we'll need to use the stop-gap wrapper unit.

Would be nice to see this bug report resolved quite soon!

Please tell me if there's anything I can help out with to
get this resolved ASAP.

Regards,
Andreas Henriksson
