The dwarfutils package currently cannot be built reproducibly. However, I have been unable to find the source of the nondeterminism. There are some timestamps in the code, but I already included a patch to set those deterministically. I have discussed this issue with the upstream developer, but he could not tell where the (apparent) randomness originates from, either.
