I upgraded a machine with this setup from jessie and kept the device
name eth0 for the first ethernet device. With this configuration
everything works as expected. However, if I remove
/etc/udev/rules.d/80-net-setup-link.rules && update-initramfs -u, I get
the new default device name eno1. With eno1 boot works but the machine
does not shutdown.
