Some sites now seem to be responding a little faster over IPv6 than IPv4
at this point.  This seems to suggest including IPv6 support everywhere
is becoming a requirement.

The patch I'm attaching was originated by Fujiwara, Kazunori
(http://pyon.org/fujiwara/).  While no longer supportted by the original
author, it does seem to still work.

I believe wishlist severity is inappropriate given the current state of
IPv6 becoming more common at this point.
