The most recent icedove is far too unstable; it SEGVs fairly frequently. I run it on my workstation at work, starting it afresh in the morning and closing it when I leave work. I estimate I'm seeing a SEGV about every other work-day. This is unacceptably unstable, and much worse than previous versions. I'm afraid I don't get much of use other than a SEGV, and it's not guaranteed to happen at any given point (though heavy IMAP traffic seems more likely to make it happen). I appreciate this is a rather unhelpful report, but this version of icedove is really too crashy.
