netenv has been orphaned since Jun 5 2015 (#787797), has not seen an upload since 2013-01 and currently does not work with the default init (systemd) bcause of #739190 (and related, #796639). Please consider removing the package from unstable. Thanks, Christian (wearing no particular hat)
