Again I have no idea what you're trying to say. How about being a bit
more precise and using a wording that is not open to interpretation?

Uh, what's that supposed to mean?

Anyway, I'm tempted to close the bug because I cannot see a problem if
a tool that is supposed to remove columns from a file does not remove
any if given no range of columns to remove.
