Dear Maintainer,

We are improving the PET (Package Entropy Tracker) in pet.debian.net and now
we have python-popcon as a new dependency. I forgot this new dependency and
try to deploy in petrovas.d.o, and now the service is not running. I'll
appreciate if you can fix it ASAP.

Thanks!
Cheers.
