I took 2015.NHMU_.AccessionForm_distributed-2.pdf and the local-js-sigs.ndb from the archive and could reproduce the bug on 0.99.2 without any further changes. I applied the patch from upstream's bugzilla #11549 and I could not reproduce the issue anymore. Sebastian
