We are fixing Debian Edu to use firefox-esr.) is firefox-branding-iceweasel able to mitigate this issue? >I understand, but we would have to cope with the change at some point, >unless we were to keep the broken situation forever. Dealing with it now >is not worse than dealing with it later. I fully agree, but how does an additional package in the archive, not automatically installed, hurts your plan? We already have the package in testing, we can keep it for a couple of releases and then drop it (on unstable). I don't see why disrupt our end users life when we can avoid it. thanks for the input, it was appreciated ;) Gianfranco
