the bind9-resolvconv.service should have Type=oneshot and RemainAfterExit=yes in its [Service] stanza. Otherwise, systemd will immediately remove the "nameserver 127.0.0.1" setting afterwards since the ExecStart "binary" exits immediately and systemd wants to clean up behind a failed service. With Type=oneshot and RemainAfterExit=yes, you're instructing systemd to accept that the "service" exits immediately and to wait until an explicit stop command before cleaning up. This will make the bind9-resolvconf integration actually work. Greetings Marc
