* What led up to the situation? I stopped a download with ctrl-C and
repeated the apt-get command. It downloaded a partially downloaded package from
the beginning, not from the point where it was stopped (as it used to do). This
is bad, because some large downloads can't be done in one go.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? There was nothing I could do.
* What was the outcome of this action?
