I'm still getting this with 0.9.1-3:
$ gajim
D-Bus python bindings are missing in this computer
D-Bus capabilities of Gajim cannot be used
[ gui pops up with the log migration error ]

pysqlite2.dbapi2.OperationalError: database schema has changed
[ gajim exits ]
If I launch Gajim again, there is no error and it seems that the log
entries have been imported successfully.
