Bug#833532: Iceowl works, calendar-google-provider is cause of my problem

I disabled all extensions, removed iceowl and calendar-google-provider 
(purged it).  Installed iceowl, and icedove starts fine.  Reinstalled 
calendar-google-provider and get the segmentation fault.
