Dear maintainer,

starting from this commit
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-php/php.git/commit/debian/control?id=ef06511275ee9be433d2dcb8949198f45ddbdfa0
php7.0 is not buildable anymore on non-linux architectures, as
libnss-myhostname is not available there.

In my test (limited to kfreebsd-amd64) just restricting that
build-dependency to [linux-any] allows php7.0 to build just fine.

Could you please consider restricting that build-dep?
Besides, it would be helpful to have this applied soon, as we're in the
middle of some transitions, and the old binaries on those archs are
hindering the removal of the old libs.

Thanks in advance.
