An alternative solution is to apply the patch locally: 1. get the patch from https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?att=1;bug=831228;filename=flash.patch;msg=15
2. Copy it into the directory /var/cache/flashplugin-nonfree/ 3. change to that directory and apply the patch by executing: "patch get-upstream-version.pl flash.patch"
