Package: broadcom-sta-dkms
Version: 6.30.223.271-3
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation? Removed the default package for Debian 8 and
installed the broadcom-sta-dkms package from https://wiki.debian.org/wl and
after reloading the kernel the broadcom driver seems to have trouble routing
ipv4 traffic. ICMP on the LAN works but fails to route beyond Internet
gateway. Wired NIC works fine on same machine.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? I have proven other hosts and wired NIC on problem host are
working fine.
   * What was the outcome of this action? Outcome was improved latency and
network speed with the driver and package update however ipv4 routing has
failed beyond the LAN.
   * What outcome did you expect instead? I expected improved wireless
performance with no routing issues.
